Shipping and handling

Yennybee Baby Designs are available within Canada only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using the criteria in the table below. If you prefer to receive your items via Priority Mail, please contact me for shipping cost.

Local orders

If you live in or around Windsor, Ontario and would like to avoid shipping costs, local orders can be picked up. For additional details on local orders, please see Frequently Asked Questions.

Turnaround time for orders

Turnaround time is the time it takes for me to make your order following receipt of payment and it does not include shipping time. While some items are available in my inventory, most products are typically made on demand and therefore, your order may need some time to be made. Turnaround time varies based on the time of year and my current workload.

YENNYBEE IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS DUE TO FAMILY EMERGENCY. 

If your order takes less time or is available in inventory, I will ship it as soon as it is ready and notify you that it's on its way. Should you need to make any changes to your order, please notify me as soon as possible. If your order has not been made yet, I will make any changes or corrections necessary. For orders needed by a specific date, please let me know and I will try my hardest to expedite your product. I will let you know in advance if this is possible.

Returns

I want you to be pleased with your order.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify me within 14 days of purchase.  All personalized items are non-refundable unless a misspelling has been made on my part.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Privacy

I respect your right to privacy.  I will never sell, trade, loan, or dispose improperly of any of your personal information.  I use the information you provide only for the purpose of processing your order.

Product safety

I take child safety very seriously and added warnings to the products that require special care and/or awareness on behalf of the guardian. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to the safety warnings included in each product description.

My rights

I put a lot of time into creating beautiful products my customers will love. It is my right that my products be sold only by me. My products are NOT for resale except where permission has been granted. This is dishonest, unfair and unprofessional. So please don't do it.
